Audrey Wright


Violinist Audrey Wright has been a member of the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra since September, 2016. A versatile performer in solo, chamber music, and orchestral realms, Audrey has previously held positions with the Excelsa Quartet, New World Symphony, and Verbier Festival Chamber Orchestra. She has appeared as guest artist with the St. Lawrence String Quartet, Axelrod String Quartet, Borromeo String Quartet, and Boston Trio, and has been mentored by many of the leading musicians of our time, including members of the Juilliard, Emerson, and Guarneri Quartets, Marin Alsop, Michael Tilson Thomas, Gábor Takács-Nagy, and Charles Dutoit. Audrey is currently a Doctoral Candidate at the University of Maryland School of Music, and holds previous degrees from the New England Conservatory of Music.
